After a year and a half of being cooped up indoors, isolated, afraid to get close to people, it’s time to get outdoors and enjoy life and each other again. We humans are social beings. It’s normal to connect with people. It’s not normal to be afraid to be physically close.
We are natural beings; we are part of nature. It’s not normal to spend our lives alone indoors.
We evolved with each other and all life in tune with the Earth’s natural vibrations and the Sun’s energy, as well as the energy of the Moon and even distant stars. The energy and vibrations emitted by our technology are not normal or healthy for human beings. We need to reconnect with the source of our life.
In this issue of Spiritual Life Magazine we offer articles, videos, visualizations, affirmations, guided meditations, and more to help you reconnect with nature to find your natural balance because science has proven what small children naturally understand; playing outside makes you happy.

Every situation of pressure, pain, difficulty, or change in our lives places us at a crossroads. One way is, “NO! This is bad, unfair, too much!” This reaction takes us down a gray and rainy road. The other path is, “YES! I embrace it; this too is good!” This way can joyfully lead us forward to a sunny, often steep but upward road of expansion and growth. In the desire for growth, we would be wise to follow the second path.

When we enter the spiritual life, we take great inspiration from the lives of the saints – their purity, detachment, devotion, and selflessness. And then we’re often troubled by the fact that we’re less than perfect in these qualities ourselves.
